About me.
I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) with a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide. I gained hands-on experience at The Center for Professional Counseling, a nonprofit community mental health agency, where I refined my clinical skills working with diverse individuals and families.
Now in private practice, I take a relational approach to therapy, recognizing that healing happens through meaningful connection. I tailor my work to each client’s needs, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to provide personalized support. Known for my down-to-earth nature and genuine care, I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood as they navigate life’s challenges.
